T-cell cytotoxic function relies on the cooperation between the highly specific T-cell receptor (TCR) and integrins of co-stimulatory molecule at the immunological synapse. Super resolution 3D STED (Leica SP8, 775 nm) is used to study the oorganisation of these molecules during the activation of immune response. Image cytometer (ImageSteam) allows the quantification of molecules recruited at the immunological synapse in a large number of cells.

To decipher Inflammatory and cardiovascular diseases, multiplex imaging and cytometry pipelines include the entire process from sample preparation, image acquisition to image analysis and quantification. Our workflows are adpated to mouse or human lymphoid organs and blood . They employ techniques such as confocal spectral imaging and cytometry-based analysis (spectral, sorting, and analysis).

To tackle complex biological questions in aging and geroscience, we design and implement advanced multimodal, multiparametric, and multiscale pipelines in imaging, flow cytometry, and image flow cytometry. Our workflows span the entire process—from sample preparation to data acquisition and multidimensional analysis. We investigate biological systems across multiple scales, from subcellular structures such as mitochondria to organoids, whole organs, and even entire organisms. Our pipelines are tailored to a wide range of tissues, including adipose tissue, muscle, bone marrow, skin, blood, and periodontal tissue. In addition, our platforms provide access to complementary techniques such as second- and third-harmonic generation (SHG, THG), spectral confocal imaging, high-content imaging, image-based cytometry, conventional and spectral flow cytometry, and mechanobiological analysis. These integrative approaches are designed to support comparative and translational research across multiple species, including fish (with an emphasis on the African turquoise killifish as a model of aging), drosophila, mice, and humans.

Inflammatory and cardiovascular diseases are complex, multifactorial conditions that affect multiple organs and cellular components. To tackle these intricate biological challenges, we employ and advance multi-modal and multi-scale imaging and flow cytometry pipelines. These pipelines include the entire process from sample preparation, image acquisition to image analysis and quantification. Our workflows are adpated to various tissues, including the heart, kidneys, blood vessels, muscles, liver and adipose tissue. They operate across scales ranging from whole organs to subcellular levels, employing techniques such as widefield imaging, confocal spectral imaging, high-resolution imaging (Airyscan, Opera Phenix), high-content imaging (Axioscan 7), and cytometry-based analysis (spectral, sorting, and analysis).

Identifying your cell or organelle populations according to morphology and/or fluorescence allows you to sort and purify them in tubes (from Eppendorf 1.5 ml to Falcon 50 ml) or plates (6 to more than 96 wells).

Light microscopy enables biosensors to be used to characterize the cellular environment (pH, ROS, calcium, etc.) in order to highlight differences between populations or identify heterogeneities within tissues or cells themselves. Cytometry allows multiparametric analyzes offering the possibility of measuring several activities simultaneously cell by cell. It is thus easy to compare the results obtained, to deduce their interdependence or not, which makes it an essential tool for the study of cell signaling.
