Emmanuel Faure is a CNRS research scientist at LIRMM (Montpellier). He develops methods for 3D/3D+t bioimage analysis, segmentation, and quantitative modeling. His work connects computational imaging, AI, and developmental biology. His research focuses on 3D+t embryo reconstruction and complex biological data analysis.

He is the Principal Investigator of the MorphoNet platform and Data Officer for France-BioImaging.
