Jean-Yves Tinevez is a Research Engineer of the Institut Pasteur. There, he created and managed the Image Analysis Hub since 2018.

Jean-Yves was appointed as co-director of the Image Processing and Data Management node of FBI in 2023. With Anne-Sophie Macé he coordinates and animates F-BIAS, the national core facility of FBI, providing support in image analysis to researchers in France, since 2021.
