Raphaël joined France-BioImaging in 2023 at Institut Cochin – Paris Centre Node. His work focuses on data management and automated image processing.

He is the project manager of openCID (Open Collaborative Database), an open-source multi-site solution for automated biomedical image storage and processing, designed to be deployed across any research institution and to interface with the FBI.Data BioImageCloud solution.
