Meet France-Bioimaging new scientific Director: René Marc Mège
|
|
On the 1st of July 2024, René Marc Mège joined the France-BioImaging team as Scientific Director. René Marc is a CNRS research director and co-director of the interdisciplinary Biology/Physics “Adhesion and Cell Mechanics” team with Benoit Ladoux at Institut Jacques Monod, Paris. He has been involved in the coordination of core facilities for more than ten years as co-director of the ImagoSeine cell imaging facility and leads the coordination of France-BioImaging Paris Centre Node.

User Access Funding: 2nd AgroServ Open Call
|
|
After a successful first call for access, AgroServ has launched the Second Open Call for projects (Pre-proposals deadline: 9th of August, Full Proposals deadline: 30th of September 2024). Selected projects will receive funding for free access to integrated research infrastructure services & expertise. Users are invited to check the catalogue of services and engage with the facility managers at the infrastructures to prepare the proposals.

Euro-BioImaging next User Forum “Focus on Immunology,” on October 15, from 2-5 pm CEST. The topic is “Understanding Plant Biology.” The event will explore how imaging can support immunology research and will feature keynote speakers as well as presentations from Euro-BioImaging Nodes & Users, covering both scientific & technical aspects of Immunology-focussed research projects.
