On-demand workflow design for image processing and analysis

STED correlative imaging with molecular dynamic and interaction (FCS-FLIM-FRAP-FRET) on thin, thick samples

Light-sheet imaging of fixed and live samples. We can afford (cells, IPS, organoïds, hydra, fish, human tissues) because the microscope is installed in Biology Safety Level 2

Low signal fast live imaging at nano-scale level (Airy / Fast Airyscan , Live-3D-STED, Live-3D-SLMN)

Cell-biology expertise: providing cells(epithelial, glial, neuronal) and organoïds, labelling (transfections or probe-Test), and imaging for physicist, chemist that would like to test a prototype. Including : Guidance on super-resolution modalities (collaboration) : from system choice (SIM-STED-STORM) to images processing and data analysis (tools development).

X-ray Microtomography of large samples (1mm up to 30cm in diameter)
(Key words : 3D volumetric acquisition; large samples; non-invasive inspection; tomodensitometry)

Volumetric electron microscopy : from sample preparation (chemical fixation), to imaging & data processing
(Key-words: SBF, Array-tomography, µCT, micro-wave, nanotomy)

Live Imaging and molecular dynamics for cell, organoids, tissue and embryo : from sample preparation with access to a L2 cell culture room, to microscopy and data analysis
(Key words : spinning disk, lattice light sheet, widefield, LightSheet, FRAP, photoconversion, FCS, spot variation FCS, TIRF, single molecule, FRET, FLIM))

Intravital mono or bi-photon imaging with either short or long (up to 2 cm) working-distance objectives and coupled with cellular manipulation (mouse, fish and insect models). This can be applied to high resolution cellular imaging of molecule extravasation (e.g. nanobodies, drugs, hormones), capillary blood flow, cellular migration and signaling (e.g. calcium, ligand sensors), and molecule distribution into the extracellular space.
