Our platform offers a dedicated service of bioimage analysis and provide access to powerful workstations, a storage server and a high performance computing cluster with OnDemand. We deploy and maintain for you multiple analysis platforms (Fiji, Napari, QuPath, Imaris, … ), but we can also deploy new tools required for your analysis. With these ressources we can tailor pipelines using state of the art deep-learning solutions to extract quantifiable metrics such as detections, tracks and segmentations from your images.
