Visualization of sub-diffraction-limit cellular structures (<200 nm) with the module STED (Stimulated Emission Depletion, 775 nm depletion line) of the LEICA Stellaris 8 STED microscope. A 93x/1.3 glycerol immersion objective with a motorized correction collar allows super-resolution imaging of thick, fixed tissue samples.
