Protein and molecular dynamics imaging and analysis by FRET-FLIM in cells and biosensors FLIM imaging

Fast detection of molecular interactions and microenvironmental changes is enabled by the LEICA Stellaris 8 confocal microscope, integrated with the FALCON (FAst Lifetime CONtrast) module for Fluorescence Lifetime Imaging (FLIM). This system supports both exponential FLIM fitting and FLIM Phasor analysis.
