Advanced workshop application

Applications for the SFBS 2026 Advanced Workshop are now open! Please note that this form is an application for selection, not a final registration. Selected applicants will be contacted after the evaluation process.

Registration for the Advanced Workshop is exclusively reserved for PhD students and postdoctoral researchers. Applicants must provide a letter of recommendation from their supervisor.

By applying, participants commit to attending both the Advanced Workshop (October 14–16, 2026) and the International Symposium (October 19–21, 2026).

The registration fee for the full event (workshop and symposium) is €200.

Registration for this event is now closed; we have reached our capacity limit.

We encourage you to register for the conference to attend presentations by international experts!

Scientific Symposium registration

Participation in the SFBS 2026 Scientific Symposium (October 19–21, 2026) is possible in two ways:

  • Without abstract submission: Participants who do not wish to present can register directly using the registration form.
  • [CLOSED] With abstract submission (talk or poster): Researchers wishing to present their work must submit an abstract by June 30th, 2026. This submission constitutes an application for selection. Authors will be notified after the evaluation process and, if selected, will be invited to complete their registration through the official registration form.

Are you a GDR Imabio member? One grant (€500) is still available to cover the registration fees.

To be eligible, please send:

  • a cover letter explaining your interest in participating in the symposium,
  • a letter from your laboratory stating that it cannot cover your registration fees.

Following the selection process by the Organizing Committee, selected applicants will be contacted to begin the registration process.
