France-BioImaging wishes you a Happy New Year 2024, full of success and astonishing images of cells and living organisms, for which we welcome you on our microscopes and facilities.
Here are the first news of 2024!

Looking for funding to cover your access? France-BioImaging Access Fund

You are looking for funding to cover your access to France-BioImaging imaging facilities? There are many ways to get funding for your project involving biological imaging. The simplest way is through Euro-BioImaging. France-BioImaging external users can access more than 50 services across our 23 core facilities with a waiver of the costs of access.

But for specific project types, you can receive increased funding and France-BioImaging services via a range of European projects in which Euro-BioImaging is access provider.

– France-BioImaging Access Fund

This fund is available for FBI external users or users from one FBI regional Node who want to access an equipment available in another FBI regional node (national and international) registered through the Euro-BioImaging portal. They will receive a waiver for the costs of instrument access (up to 750€ per week per project) on FBI facilities.

– ISIDORe TNA Calls are still OPEN! Researchers interested in the following infectious diseases can apply for funding to access imaging technologies and services from Euro-BioImaging portfolio, including France-BioImaging facilities:

Access to Euro-BioImaging services, please follow the Guidelines on the Euro-BioImaging website.

We hope to see many of you there!

Our 2024 FBI calendar is out!

Explore the beauty of the invisible world through the 2024 FBI digital calendar!

Enjoy the diversity of microscopy techniques, models and applications represented. All 12 images used for this calendar were submitted to France-BioImaging Image Contest 2023.

A big thank you again to all the participants!

Euro-BioImaging User Forum on Image Data - Call for abstracts

The next Euro-BioImaging User Forum has been announced with the topic: IMAGE DATA.
The User Forum will take place on March 26th, 2-5 pm CET.
This is a great opportunity to highlight the innovative image analysis and image data management solutions developed by you all at the Euro-BioImaging Nodes and supporting Euro-BioImaging Users!

As always in this format, Euro-BioImaging will select from the submitted abstracts joint presentations from Users and Nodes that should cover both scientific aspects of the research project as well as the technical aspects of the work. While presentations from Euro-BioImaging users are encouraged, other users of Euro-BioImaging Node facilities are also invited to submit their abstracts. So please consider if you have an interesting story from your users to share.

Abstract submission deadline: January 31st 2024  under this link – https://forms.gle/S5Lbj1B1JNjscbwDA
