Working Group presentation
This Working Group focuses on multiplex imaging within France-BioImaging. It covers the entire workflow: laboratory preparation, instrumentation and data analysis. Its scope includes both commercial and bespoke solutions for imaging proteins, RNA, DNA or combinations of these.
Main objectives of the WG Multiplexed imaging
To bring together the multiplex imaging community to share expertise, tackle technical challenges and facilitate collaboration in spatial and single-cell biology.
