Bioimage analyst
We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to conduct bioimage analyses in our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in extracting valuable insights from a substantial volume of single-cell multi-channel fluorescence-based microscopy images across various projects.
The successful candidate will be able to conciliate challenging on demand quick and dirty analyses with more robust developments in the perspective of a software creation. Overall, he/she will contribute to R&D progress but also extend our groundbreaking technology adoption potential.
Essential Duties
- Conduct varied bioimage analysis tasks and enhance data acquisition strategy
- Develop, implement, and optimise robust data processing infrastructures and workflows to provide comprehensive understanding of in-house R&D data
- (Collaborate on shaping Minos Biosciences’ software proposal)
- Communicate results and collaborate in a pluridisciplinary team as well as with academic and industrial collaborators
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in bioimage analysis or 3+ years in a similar role
- Strong expertise in computer vision for processing microscopy/fluorescence imaging (segmentation, object detection, etc.)
- Proficiency in machine learning model training, framework setup and deployment
- Exposure to software development is a plus
- Familiarity with sequencing data projects, especially single-cell, is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective teamwork and convey technical information
- Ability for multitasking and capability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible, strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset to provide innovative solutions in a highly pluridisciplinary environment
