Volumetric electron microscopy : from sample preparation (chemical fixation), to imaging & data processing
(Key-words: SBF, Array-tomography, µCT, micro-wave, nanotomy)

With the help of the IBDM Lignt Microscopy Facility we can offer an comprehensive CLEM Pipeline from live fluorescence imaging to EM imaging (in 2D and 3D)

CryoCLEM microscopy combines cryo-electron microscopy (CryoEM) with cryo-light microscopy, enabling the correlation of molecular localization with high-resolution structural details in frozen samples.

This approach preserves the native state of biological samples, providing more accurate insights into their molecular and structural organization.
