(Epi-fluorescence microscopy)
Cross-section of tomato flower bud. Flower organs (anthers, petals, sepals and pistil) are seen. Flower bud were fixed and sectioned by cryotome. Imaging acquisition was done under epi-fluorescence microscope equipped with a camera. Blue signal is fluorescence of nuclei stained with DNA-binding dye DAPI, red fluorescence is autofluorescence of chlorophyll.
