    Description of the training activity

    La plateforme de microscopie I2BC organise une formation sur le traitement et analyse d’images de microscopie avec le logiciel ImageJ/FIJI.

    L’objectif de cette formation est d’acquérir les bases du traitement d’image et de la quantification des données provenant d’images, puis d’aborder des applications plus avancées en analyse d’image.

    La formation se déroule sur 3 jours et se compose de 21h de cours théoriques et pratiques, sous la forme d’ateliers.
