Spatial OMICs to uncover cell identity during developmental processes

The first Spatial-Cell-ID Summer School (SCID 2026) will be held from September 13th to 18th, 2026, at the Centre Paul-Langevin in Aussois (French Alps).

This Summer School is designed to train students and researchers in the rapidly expanding field of Spatial OMICs.

The program aims to provide an understanding of the field, ensuring that attendees can bridge the gap between wet-lab technologies and the complex bioinformatics workflows required to interpret high-resolution spatial data.

Applicants are required to submit a motivation letter and may also include a poster abstract if they wish to present their work during the school.

The registration fee covers access to all scientific sessions and hands-on tutorials, as well as full-board accommodation at the Centre Paul Langevin, including all meals and coffee breaks for the duration of the event. We are also pleased to confirm that registration is free of charge for all CNRS agents.
