Description of the training activity
PFIC, the Gustave Roussy's microscopy platform, is hosting a practical workshop dedicated on high-resolution 3D label-free imaging using the Tomocube HT-X1Plus microscope, from November 17 to 19, 2025.
It will be a unique opportunity to discover the holotomopgrahy technique wich combines holography (imaging sample with the phase-shift of light) and tomography (Creation of a 3D image from different imaged cross-sections). This technique allows 3d lafel-free microscopy which is interesting for live cells and organoids imaging.
This workshop is open to all and the registration is free (but mandatory)!
